Manages and develops client portfolio;
Maintains and develops business relationships with clients (e.g. system integrators, resellers);
Realizes and presents commercial offers, manages and follows-up contracts;
Maintains and develops existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction;
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships;
Carries out and/or supports local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities;
Resolves post-sales customer problems and collaborates with other departments, as necessary, to expedite the resolution of problems;
Monitors and reports on market and competitor activities and provides relevant reports and information;
Records, analyses, reports and administers information according to systems and requirements.

| Cerinte: |
BA in technical or business field;
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT&C sales field;
Solid knowledge about IT&C market;
Relevant experience in portfolio management;
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
Advanced English language knowledge.
