Supports the controlling system, introducing and spreading at all levels of the Bank appropriate measuring systems;
Contribution to the preparation of the monitoring tools required by the Top Management and Unicredit Group, under the supervision of the Controlling head and with the technical support of MIS Unit within the Controlling Department;
Cooperate to the implementation of appropriate Internal transfer pricing principles, in accordance with UniCredit Group policies, according to ALCO decisions and with the technical support of MIS Unit within Strategy, Planning and Control (SP&C) Department;
Ensures that all reports are prepared on a timely and accurate basis;
Provide accurate monthly reports to branches/regions.
Cooperate with the other functions of the bank (including those under CFOs responsibility) to ensure achievement of objectives and solution of issues.
Preparing the budget process by cooperating with relevant departments
Monitoring and controlling the banks performance, analysis and forecasts at the consolidated level and each branch/division on a daily/monthly/annual basis
Preparing information for management regarding the Bank/segments results evolution
Participating to the preparation of Excel budget models under the guidance of the Head of the department and with the technical support of MIS Unit within the SP&C Department;
Participation to the preparation of models and business cases regarding Bank activity
Takes other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Head of Controlling. |
| Cerinte: |
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in related area;
University degree or post-university specialization on economics/finance/accounting;
Already proven track record of good performance in the area of activity;
Good command of English
Excellent PC knowledge (Access, Oracle, Word, Excel, Power Point);
Analytical & investigative skills, ability to provide effective solutions to identified issues;
Proactive personality;
Good presentation skills;
Ability to operate in highly sensitive, pressurized environment;
Innovative, mathematical and analytical skills |
